This includes, but is not limited to, client health issues permissible to reschedules, natural disasters, technical difficulties, or change of mind. 7 days notice for a full refund/reschedule.
Within 3 days, 50% fee. No-shows are not eligible.
Unforeseen circumstances can be refunded/rescheduled.
All requests through Calendly, confirmation via email.
Refunds processed in 7-10 days.
Reminders & cancel/reschedule notifications sent.
